RETREATS

Drawing from decades of experience in wilderness, meditation, Aikido, writing and other creative practices, Andrew has been leading contemplative writing retreats since 2010. In these immersive, multi-day experiences, in locations ranging from Paris to the dunes of Death Valley, participants explore the terrain between the meditative and the creative, the conceptual and the embodied. In the wake of these retreats, among other qualities, participants report a deeper awareness of contentment and gratitude, a greater patience with self and others, and a heightened appreciation for silence and stillness in an active life.
